We will celebrate one of the exceptional companies that is a the part of the "People Centric Project". We will share how they are causing change, challenging the status quo, and leading the next evolution in business.
What does it mean to be People Centric?
Our project is designed to understand how the best cultures and environments for growth are created, developed, enhanced and maintained. Our goal is to learn, listen and facilitate a "discussion" with the best companies we are connected to on how to best inspire employees, enhance their lives (personally and professionally) and ultimately determine how these efforts can enhance productivity and results of the company.
The project has three primary objectives:
1) Define what being "People Centric" means. Determine the metrics and how we measure success of being engaged by people by critically thinking about the future of business and how being people engaged will be a competitive advantage.
2) Collaborate with like minded leaders on how best to become "People Centric" by sharing insights, experiences and creative strategies.
3) Create a community of People Centric Companies that are willing to start the ripple effect in our community.
