People Centric Project

The goal of the People Centric Project is to understand how the best environments for growth and fulfillment are created, enhanced and maintained. We want to learn, listen and facilitate discussions with admired companies on how to inspire excellence and purpose.

And, we want you to be a part of these conversations!

Our primary objectives:

1) Understand how a “People Centric” company truly operates & the competitive advantage this provides.  

2) Collaborate with like-minded, engaging leaders by sharing insights, experiences and creative strategies.

3) Create a community of “People Centric” companies who are focused on the investment of their people (employees, clients & customers) to inspire others to do the same.

Initial interviews will be held via a 45-minute Zoom call. Our team seeks to discover best practices in a wide variety of areas: hiring, training, leadership development, communication and more. We invite you to think about the topics below in preparation for the interview.

This project is led by enthusiastic young professionals in the Saint Louis University’s MBA program, Luke McGowan, Coeli O’Connell and Emily Parker. Focused on research and practical application, these students are excited to learn from some of the best companies in St. Louis as part of their MBA Capstone project.
